For appointments at 5 pm and later please use the rear entrance of the building, adjacent to the parking lot. If the door is locked ring the doorbell labeled “Jade & Jasmine” on the left hand side of the door frame.

COVID/SICKNESS PROTOCOL * Stay home if you have a fever, or are vomiting. * Masks are optional, please don’t hesitate to request your practitioner to wear a mask. * Wash or sanitize your hands upon arrival and before you leave the office. * Rooms are disinfected between every patient. *Mylar blankets can be purchased for $1.50, and will be yours to keep and bring back for future treatments. * To ensure contactless payment, it is now required to have a credit card or HSA card on file.
